I am Dave Dugdale the founder of 3D Listings LLC (d.b.a. RentVine.com), a privately-held, employee-owned company headquartered in Superior, Colorado. I write a rental advertising industry blog as well as do podcast interviews with top professionals in the property management industry.

Why The Name RentVine?

We wanted something short, with the word "Rent" in it - and not too obvious, but could be easily remembered.

My wife said, "How about RentVine? You could say something like you heard in on the Rent Vine, sort of like that song I Heard it on the Grapevine".
