RentVine takes your privacy seriously.

Collection of Personal Information:
RentVine does not sell and/or release any of our customer information. (We hate spam as much as you do.) Information we collect is used for internal purpose only.

• When you register we ask for information such as your name and email address. Once you register with RentVine and Log In to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• When you pay for a listing we collect your name, address, credit card information, after collecting the information we store all of it except your credit card number.

Cookies:
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. RentVine does not use web beacons.

IP Addresses:
RentVine does track IP addresses. We reserve the right to block any IP address of individuals who may be abusing our systems. We provide owners and property managers IP address of visitors that only view their ads, the visitor's IP address is abbreviated so not revealed the visitor's full IP address however.

Email Usage:
It is not often RentVine sends email to people that advertise their properties. We send our advertisers emails only for the following reasons: if an advertiser requested support, poster feedback, receipts, schedule maintenance. Our emails are never sales related.

For your protection, we will never initiate an email or phone call requesting your user name, password. However, if you initiate the phone call we may ask for such information.
