RentedSpaces.com has really busted on to the rental scene in the past 4 months because they are owned by AOL and get a ton of backlinks from all their properties.
But what is odd is it appears that RentedSpaces.com (AOL) is buying links from Forbes.com which is a no-no in Google’s eyes.

Looking at my visitor stats I am amazed how many people are surfing RentVine with mobile devices like the Iphone, Danger, Andriod and Palm. Perhaps I need to work on a mobile version of the site soon. Yes, some thing else to add to my do-to list.

When trying to track down a Nigerian rental scammer I ran across this bogus profile on ActiveRain:

Then the next day I check his profile and I was that the picture and name changed to this:

He also got more ActiveRain points. I called David Stockert’s office and they confirmed for me that the profile is fraudulent. [...]
