Brock Maclean ForRent.com Furniture Layout Feature

If you watch the ForRent.com video below at time 1:18 shows an interesting furniture layout feature.

Anyone think this is something they would like to see on a site like mine?

I think 80% of the features he describes in the video would be completely useless to the average renter.

Especially the furniture thingy.
Just my opinion.

I actually disagree, I think this tool is really neat and useful. I’ve used it on ForRent.com many times while I search for apartments to rent in my area.

But the “average” user will not use those kind of tools….They want to search…Find the listing and read the ad, then contact the owner if they are interested.

I don’t think that trend will ever change.
