This truly brings to the higher end as well as several other beautiful neighborhoods that are fairly new. The other thing - many of the areas are newer and were bought during the times that ARMS were the norm. Now with the changing of rates, to be able to keep up with the ARM, rents have had to increase or the owners would be loosing a lot of money each month which is not good for the home, the owner, or the resident that is leasing the home.
