Last Friday I had the pleasure of having lunch with Gordon Sutton of CollegeWeekends.com.
If you get a chance take a look at his site because it is really well laid out. The photos, buttons, graphics, videos, use of white space are all really well done.
The niche he is going after is the vacation rental market – something like if you were interested in going to a football game and wanted to rent a house for the weekend with all your friends for the big game.
I wish him luck since the vacation rental market is a really tough nut to crack.
