Getting traffic to a new rental web site is much harder than it was 5 years ago. I know personally about this site I started PickRent.com last year. So I wanted to know if David Borden had any magic up his sleeve on how he is going to get huge traffic for his new site.

Here is my second video interview with David Borden. RentClicks.com pretty much defined the price per listing many years ago and I wanted to know the history behind it.

It now appears however that this pricing structure is trending downward.
