A friend of mine in Boulder Colorado purchased an older home to have it totally gutted with a remodel and addition. The house had been sitting vacant for sometime. When my friend went to start making measurements for the remodel he noticed that someone was squatting in his house.

In the past I have received emails from property owners that have had some pretty nasty things to say about property managers. If you look at the NARPM website and look at what they teach at their conferences you will see that they really emphasis a “Code of Ethics”.

This gives me the impression that this association understands the problem that a few bad property managers can give the whole industry a bad name.
