I didn’t know that the Tribune owns part of Classified Ventures (parent company of RentalHomesPlus).

Now, from the way I read it Sam Zell is buying Tribune Co. and taking it private.

Big news for RentalHomesPlus, I guess. I used to be an acoustical consultant – I am not a finance guy so it is tough for me to comment on this story.

I am not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing for RentalHomesPlus, perhaps someone has an opinion they would like to share?

The Boise rental market is heating up!

I noticed that RentalHomesPlus was ranking well for Boise Rental Homes so I went to check out their Boise page and this is what I saw:

Wow, Boise is looking pretty good! I laughed a bit and then I thought of posting this here because most people know I am not a fan of banner ads.

I am sure that the guys over at RentalHomesPlus will not mind since they are displaying this on their site already.

Do you think RentalHomesPlus will convert better for Boise market?
