RentBits.com Launches Average Rent Tool

]]> Rentbits created a pretty neat tool which I am sure will get lots of attention from property managers and others looking for a way to price their rental or watch for rental price trends.

It is good to see companies like RentMarketer providing great innovation in the rental industry.

So far I have only tried out Denver but it seems like a pretty cool flash based tool. It pulled up a little slow for me, but I am sure most won’t mind the slight delay before the chart loads.

Update: RentVine now has an average rent pricing tool as well.
