I always get a laugh for requests for bids to build a web site similar to RentClicks.
Here is yet another request for a bid with the owner located in Colorado. Bids start at $500. I can tell you to develop a site like RentClicks is more like $40K to $50K in my opinion.
I also laugh with the following request:
“My timeline is 4 to 6 weeks, but of course sooner is better.”
This is for the site IntegrityRenting.com which is owned by a person out of Castle Rock, Colorado.

Dave, They may be based out of Castle Rock but their source only pushes Aurora properties with nothing to “back it up” yet. I couldn’t imagine going into the business you are in with so many others out there and not having a big backer. Keep up the good work as you keep going it alone!
