I live near The Summit (Flat Irons) apartments and I noticed this sign above about leaving your heat on and letting the faucets dip.
We’ve had some really cold days the past week in Colorado and I am guessing this apartment complex has had some issue of pipes breaking and water damage to units below in the past.

Freezing pipes are not good. Lucky for you, renters insurance will cover any damages to your personal propert.
Thanks for the posting.
I used to live in MA and my mom had a summer place in Maine; a condo. The unit above her turned the heat off but never shut the water off. There was so much damage. People don’t think sometimes that draining the lines works in cold weather as well.
As a rental owner in a seasonal area, I’ve gotta say that freezing pipes is something that should never happen! Brutal!
