David Borden Interview: How Will You Grow The New Site?

Getting traffic to a new rental web site is much harder than it was 5 years ago. I know personally about this site I started PickRent.com last year. So I wanted to know if David Borden had any magic up his sleeve on how he is going to get huge traffic for his new site.

I agree building traffic to apartment rentals sites is harder than it used to be, but it can be done with the right combination of content and effort. Good luck!

When I built one of the first real estate social networks back in 2006, the viral aspect is what grew the site to one of the top real estate social networks back in the day. So if he can get the site to go viral, that makes all the difference in the world. If you search real estate social network on Google my site is still #1 :)
