A lot of corporations are looking at their budgets and realizing that they need to do a few more transfers for the tax benefits. As the people that are being transferred have a limited time to find a home and many not have the ability to visit the area prior to moving, we see a large number of visitors at this time as well since we provide so much detail about the home.
