From a recent release that Consumer Source Inc. (parent company of RentClicks) is emailing their clients:
“By combining three of our best websites, Rentals.com, RentClicks and HomeRentalAds.com, we’ve created the NEW Rentals.com.”
This release states that the changes are starting in July and August.
Below is an example of how RentClicks used to dominate the search results on Google for just about all rental markets.
Below also shows how RentClicks was the top rental site for CSI, beating RentalHouses and HomeRentalAds.
Basically, the company that owns RentClicks (CSI) is re-branding it into Rentals.com. Rentals.com is now their flagship site which they are putting millions of dollars of advertising behind - such as TV commercials. I understand that they are planning $1 million in TV ads in Las Vegas alone.
Most people I talk with wonder why they are eliminating RentClicks.com and keeping RentalHouses.com. I am hearing from one of my sources that RentalHouses.com will also be redirected to Rentals.com after sometime (this will also eliminate RentalHouses from the search engines).
The reason that RentClicks.com is disappearing from Google is CSI blocked the search engines spiders from retrieving their content. Update: Read more about the Google spider issue here.
CSI also eliminated the “Family of Sites” package and re-branded it the “Network Package” which includes RentalHouses and Rentals.com. The Network Package pricing appears to be the same as the existing Family of Sites pricing.
CSI has also added some extra goodies such as unlimited photos for rental ads.
If you want to learn more about RentClicks, and why CSI has done this, please see my recent RentClicks posts.
For those that are new to my blog, I cover the online home rental ad industry. RentVine is also an up& coming rental listing site. We would be happy for your business!

Doug,
I hope you are not confused - I am a RentClicks competitor, therefore I can’t tell you exactly where your ad went to. I suggest giving them a call or emailing them with your question.
Sorry I can’t help you any more than that.
Remember your ad should still be on the RentClicks site, all I am saying is that RentClicks will soon be disappearing from the search engines and replace with Rentals.com.
[...] I gotta think that many people do not know about this yet - if are new to this and want to learn more you can start here at this post about RentClicks.com. [...]

soy propietaria de un apartamento en orlando quisiera que la compania rentclicks me rentara mi condominio quisiera tener alguna informacion con quien comunicarme atentamente beatriz menendez gracias
I was very sad to see RentClicks combine into Rents.com.
Renters want to browse your listings, limit their searches to one city and not register to respond to an advertisement. We really liked Rentclicks.com but now cannot use it since the interface and approach is garbage.
Guchwale,
Actually RentClicks redirected to Rentals.com and not Rent.com
