Well I finally signed up for an affiliate NARPM membership and I also signed up for the national NARPM conference in Scottsdale AZ.
I was assigned booth #34 which is right next to the RentMarketer booth (#35) and the food and drink area. So please grab a drink and stop by my RentVine booth this September.
Since this will be my first time exhibiting I am not sure what I will have to give away. I have been working on my Phoenix rankings so I should have a story to tell about the traffic I am receiving for the Phoenix area.
Now I need to book the hotel and get some booth display items.

I do, I have a fantastic graphic design artist that is very good in a wide range of design…marketing collatteral, trade show displays, etc….I searched for years to find the person with the right focus, design, and someone you can just give a vision of what you are looking for and make it a reality. She has done 95% of the graphics on my website and various mailers, brochures,postcards, etc.

Her name is Christiana, She has done graphics for a few of my websites as well as a complete redesign for the company I work full time for.
The best part! I don’t think you will find a better graphic design person than her! She does fantastic work! At very, very reasonable prices.
She is on vacation until the 29th but you can look at some of her work on her website and get an idea of her work.
Email her and see what she can do for you.
I have alot for her to do when she gets back.
Also Doug, If you will email me your address I will mail you some of the postcards,brochures she has done for me. Just don’t do direct mail in my market! LOL your still my competition!

BTW…Have you noticed rentals.com has the domain clevelandrents.com redirected to them?
They were a “regional” site like mine…
To the best of my knowledge rentalhouses.com bought it a few years ago.

Good question on the Cheesman Group. My guess is that is the name of the company before RentalHouses purchased them, I always wondered why they purchased a regional site - it just didn’t make any sense.
Another question would be why is this old domain not transfered ownership to CSI?
If you haven’t done it already, secure a room *now*. End of Sept is the prime season in Scottsdale, reasonably priced hotel rooms will go quickly (fortunately, most don’t raise to winter rates until Oct 1). The attendee rate shown in the PDF file is quite good for that time of year in “Snottsdale”.
