The article does not mention much about what an actual website is worth. But IMO if a website is generating 3,4,5k a month in “real” income then it will surely be worth pretty good money if the owner wants to sell. As long as he/she could prove the income, the website is established and has a proven record in revenue and website traffic over a period of at least two years.

Some of these guys buy a domain name for lets say $100.00 dollars then they think it is worth $50,000.00 dollars the guy who owns www.superhomerentals.com does not own the items for sale he lists on his blog some times real estate websites that are for sale and their prices.
