I have been in contact with RentalHomesPlus for the past few weeks. In one of my emails I asked them if they wanted to come on my podcast show – thinking that they would say no, they actually said yes!
I think of myself as a friendly competitor so having them on the show was kind of fun for me.
Brian Frisby has a ton more experience in this market than I do so it was very educational for me. I would like to thank Brian for coming on – I think he did a great job, I believe he called from his rental car while heading to a conference.
On the show we discussed: how his site receives traffic, what rental markets are hot, what is happening with the recent consolidation in the market, unlimited pricing, blogging, RentMarketer, Alexa and more.
On my next podcast show next week I am interviewing the President of NARPM, Sylvia Hill – I think that should also make for a great show.
