Podcasts Coming to RentVine

I have been procrastinating far too long now on starting a PodCast show on RentVine. It is something that I have wanted to do for some time. I have my first interview lined up but I need to purchase a little more audio equipment before I record it.

Don’t know what a Podcast is? That’s OK most people don’t because the term was just coined about two years ago. Basically it is a prerecorded show that you can listen to on a mobile device like an MP3 player. I listen to several podcasts a week on my Treo while I am out driving or hiking. I find it a great way to pass the time when you are stuck in traffic or out getting your exercise. The best part about podcasting is you can listen to shows that are right in your niche, the things you are passionate about.

I am guessing there is an audience out there interested in listening to topics about the small unit rental industry.

I have several ideas for the show. I want to start out by doing interviews with property managers and landlords. I think you will get a kick out of hearing other property manager’s sharing their stories and share their experiences.

I am willing to steer the show whatever direction the listeners want. So if you have a topic or a guest you would like me to interview please let me know.

I will admit I am a little nervous about being a radio host since I have no background in doing this but I figure after several shows I will get the hang of it.
