They are working past some technical issues and it will be launched. In addition, we will no longer offer Money Back Guarantees or Free Yard Signs. The yard signs will now sell for $19.95 each. We want our customers to know that change is good and that we’re constantly working to offer them newer and better features and tools, but change is not always easy so we’ll be offering special pricing for the month of April only. If this keeps up I can see RentalHouses dropping customers fast to Rentals.com. Perhaps in some crazy way this what they are after. Most of them normally run around 10-15 properties to list, Some of them are Realtors, Some are new brokers. Either way...I am staying really busy lately....I need to business to pay for all this high class hosting I am running to keep up with the bigdogs! (Rentvine) :) I think I have all of the ones who used rentalhouses, I tell you the strange thing…I am getting more and more of the small start-up companies lately.
