Rentals.com and RentClicks.com Falling?

It appears that both Rentals.com and RentClicks.com are dropping quickly in traffic.

But I am pretty sure that Rentals.com is not dropping. Alexa can be pretty inaccurate at times.

Funny how I had a customer call me today and tell me they just left rentals.com site to post with me because while she was on hold for rentals.com customer service she found my site ranking above rentals.com

I personally walked her thru the posting process on the phone and she was very happy to have someone to help her being the not so computer savvy customer she was

She posted her ad today at 1:44 Pm and recieved a phone call from it at 3:30 and rented the house tonight at 7:00!

That is what I call customer service!!!

That is a great story. I am guessing she will not being going back to rentals.com. The local site wins.
