For Consumer Source ApartmentGuide is the revenue generator. Check the quarterly numbers and you will see they are making about 25 times what all 3 sites together make in a year. However, ApartmentGuide is under difficult market conditions like condo conversions / less marketing spend, code words for NO ONE picks up a guide as they leave CVS anymore. They better be careful because the multifamily and the single family property managers are direct competitors and might not like this new change. Time will tell on this question.
