This is both cool and scary.

This is a rental from my site. So if I was a renter and I wanted to discount some possible ways people could con me, I would use this tool to see if the photo of the house matches the address that Google Street View has.

I don’t really understand what you are trying to say here. The top photo and the bottom photo are the same house, right? The top photo gives you a much better idea of the house and surrounding area where the bottom makes it look better than it really is. So the bottom presentation would be better for the owner, not the renter, right?
Do you use the word “discount” when you mean discuss?

ps - Why does NOBODY have any rentals of any type for Aberdeen, Washington?
Jean,
Some times I don’t express myself well when I write. I did mean ‘discount’. What I am trying to say is, if I am a person looking for a place to rent and I want to protect myself from possible fraud, I could use Google Street Maps to see if the address matches the picture posted.
I am not sure why no one has rentals in that city. I do not cold call like RentalHouses and Rentals.com since I don’t have 100 people working for me like they do, but even then CSI can’t cold call every city.
It could also be that the local MLS carries rentals in the city really well.
It’s not much, but we have a listing in Aberdeen, WA: http://www.rentalhunt.com/index.php?action=listingview&listingID=21159
Dave, Are you planning to incorporate street view into your listings?
Chris thanks for providing Jean with the listing.
I don’t think I will incorporate it.
