I just performed a search today on google using the exact same phrase. Homerentalads had much better placement than rentvine. Search engine placement changes as frequently as a per click basis. So you probably ranked #6 for just the blink of an eye. Over a sustained period of time , it is the homerentalads, rentclicks, and rentalhouse sites that dominate the most often typed search phrases used by tenants. I know beuase I spent a mint buying paid searches trying to keep up with those guys in my city.
