I got an email from Eric Wu over at RentWiki.com telling me about one of their new features they have launched on their site.
Looks like Eric has come up with another cool idea on how to making finding a place even more social. (I also follow Eric on Twitter because he seems pretty sharp on social media.)
The screen shot below shows how they integrate twitter into their site.

I think is an great idea on many levels. However just as one large candy maker found out by puttingĀ their Twitter stream on their home page you are giving up some control and need to watch out for spam.
I started toying around with the twitter API a few months ago when RentalHouses.com started using Yelp feed into their pages. But I have been to busy to doing anything with it because I will be launching my new PickRent.com site soon.
