We already have other sites tilting at the MLS and causing waves. Google is actually late to the party here IMHO. I expect all the realtor boards etc are a little worried about this because if they cannot sell MLS data any more then they'll lose significant revenue. Well why not? Definitely not surprising though -- seems like it's only a matter of time before the various search engines start bubbling up classified-ad style listing content directly in the search results... it's a better search experience and falls straight in the bailiwick of a search engine.
