Dave, give us your ‘expert’ analysis of why thatrentalsite.com has jumped in traffic. SEO? SEM? Affiliates? You secretly run two companies? ha ha.

Jeremy runs that site is very good at SEO, I was just studying his site and it gave me a new idea what next to try.

I don’t mind sharing items that pertain to RentVine, but I do like to keep my SEO stuff private, but I will say it sure looks like he is buying links from a few sites.

I thought they were owned by a national co?

They are, but Jeremy started it and is still working hard at it after he got purchased.

Who bought it? I have never even seen the site until a few months ago.

Internet Brands. I am guessing Jeremy did very well from the deal.

Cool, How long was the site around before that happened? I thought I knew of every nook and cranny website around :)

Internet Brands wanted apartmentratings.com which is a power house of a site, thatrentalsite came along as part of the deal.

I am guessing Jeremy sold out for well over $1M.

Jeremy desires it because of the massive traffic that site brought in.
