I spent the past few weeks developing what I think came out to be a very cool looking and free property management template.
The rental template pulls in your listings from PickRent.com automatically so you never have to enter your properties twice. Any changes you make within PickRent to your listings are instantly updated on the template.
I added some neat Google Map features too so visitors can see all your property locations within your metro area. All of these map points get pulled in automatically too.
The template is great for the person that does not want to spend $80 a month on a fully hosted solution. For zero dollars anyone can get up and running quickly or even revamp their site with a new fresh look without having to setup a database.
Not a Mouse Trap
Also you don’t need to feel trapped using it because in the future we will add XML support so you can distribute all your listings around to other rental vendors easily.

Do I get tech support?
Well it is free so you get what you pay for. 
If you are truly stuck you can shoot me an email. Since it us free my paid work comes first so it might be a while until I get with you. And I might answer your question in a video if others have the issue.

Your template looks great Dave. We set up our website a few years ago and paid quite a bit for it. It´s good to see that nowadays a new property management business can get an Internet presence for free. Best of luck with your template and PickRent.
