		<description>Advertising that works is priceless.  If a site charges $100 per ad and it rents a home in 5 days, that&#039;s a better return on investment than a site that charges $15 for 45 days and doesn&#039;t bring in a tenant.  A lot of property managers just focus on price and have forgotten to pay attention to results and what matters to their owners, getting the home rented.  Private owners never even blink at the idea of spending $39, $49, $59 etc if it means their property will get rented.  Fifty bucks to find a tenant quickly is a small price to pay to prevent losing $50 per day on lost rent.  So, build a site that works and you can charge whatever you want.  Build a site that doesn&#039;t work...and then you&#039;re only left with telling people &quot;we&#039;re cheap&quot;.</description>
