My friend last night was telling me about the type of renters he gets based off where he advertises. My friend has been a landlord for many years and many types of housing types.
One of his properties that is located close to Pearl Street Mall in Boulder Colorado that is easy to rent out because it is located in a hot area. That property only requires a simple sign in the yard and it is usually rented out in the matter of days.
He indicated the people he gets from the sign in the yard vs. the Craigslist.org are sometimes very different. Usually the people that come from the yard sign are more qualified than the Craigslist people. I am trying to get him to use my site to see what happens there.
