It will be kinda nice to have everyone on a even playing field now, unless RentalHomesPlus decides to try something.

Since I do very little marketing to PM’s right now, what is the word on the street from the PM’s about the AYCE plan going bye-bye?
In Jacksonville they are not real happy!
Last week I talked to about five P.M.’s and they were ready to sign when I sat down! Really! They are not prepared to increase there overhead by 150% and some even more.
And some of them will continue to still use them in a smaller capacity. I will say R.H.P is out trying to scoop up some business here in Jax!
But even at the prices they are offering right now will not raise to many eyebrows. The feedback I have gotten about there effectiveness to provide solid renter’s are “few and far between” per one p.m. I talked to.
It will be interesting to see who will “corner” the market come Jan 1.

I have heard rumors that RHP is offering AYCE until the end of the year in FL, but I am going to guess that RHP will extend that to pick up some more unhappy RentalHouses.com customers.
The real fun will be watching the RentalHouses listing drop come Jan.
Yes they are….Then after Jan 1….The AYCE eat doubles to over $750.00 per month!
So it sounds like the new AYCE plan dollar amount has been defined by RHP.
I bet you RentalHouses.com reps will get the OK in late spring to match that price after RHP eats way at their market share.

Metz at Primedia gave Huey Kudos for turning around Rentahouses and preparing them for sale. He increased paid ads because he gave it away!A monkey can do that!
Then Metz buys them and promotes Huey to run Rentals. Then he dumps Huey and Jamie. Metz lost his shirt on this one!
