San Diego information
Coronado
San Diego is a bubble inflated real estate market right now which means mortgages are probably going to cost more than renting similar housing units. The average for a house in San Diego is around $2,100 a month. With San Diego's beatiful weather and being close to the water Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, and downtown, it is understandable why rental prices are so high especially for the houses with spectacular ocean views.
Getting around San Diego is pretty easy without a car, I have taken the Tolly to many places, even out to the ball park.
Many of the upper end homes will have in-ground pools, ocean sunset views, built-in backyard fire pits, and a second master bedroom.
