Atlanta Information

Houses for rent in Atlanta Photo by Peter Askew

House for rent in Atlanta range from $1,000 to $1,500 depending on the location. In the midtown area the condo market is just exploding in growth. The hotspot is called the Midtown Mile where Trump has just come in and is going to build a big tower. People are wonding if within 2-5 years if there will be a glut of condos on the market in the midtown area near the Georgia Tech campus area. Georgia Tech kind of bleed over I75 and I85 and then started using more classroom on that western side of town. Georgia State is kind of known as a commuter school, although that appears to be changing now.

Buckhead is knocking down all these old buildings and putting up all highend condos at the Streets of Buckhead for a 5th Ave of the South with all highend shops. That is the heart of Buckhead, and this development is sure to increase rental prices. Atlanta is growing north up I75 where the real estate is cheap for developers. But since the commutes are getting way too long that people are starting to move back in to the city.
