Terms and Conditions Agreement:

Basically it is free service so please enjoy! But if our server goes down and the map does not load on your page, we are not liable. If Google Maps stops working, we are not liable. If it doesn't work on all browsers, we are not liable. See below Warranties section. We do try to make it work the best we can, but since it is free, you get what you pay for if something goes wrong.

Content of map listing:
You shall not upload, store, transmit or link to any content that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, hateful, racist, or otherwise objectionable. RentVine reserves the sole judgment on what is an appropriate posting. RentVine complies with the Fair Housing Act.

You must own the rights to the photos you upload. We are not liable for images that have been uploaded without the owners' permission.

False Identity:
When signing up for mapVine, you agree to provide the most accurate information you can during the signup process. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we believe you are providing misleading information or false identity.

We reserve the right to track IP addresses and block them if we determine our systems are being abused.

Termination and Expiration:
You may terminate this agreement for any reason at any time by contacting RentVine with verbal or written notice.

We may terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice if you fail to comply in with any term of this agreement, or otherwise for any reason upon (30) days written notice to you.

Limitation of Liability; No Warranties; Warnings:
Limited Warranty: THE mapVine SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS FROM FAILURE OF THE SUBSCRIBER TO PROPERLY SAFEGUARD THEIR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

Misc:
Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use mapVine.
