4-11-22 Release Notes

New Features and Enhancements

General

  • Tenants can pay their security deposit from the resident portal and have it deposited directly into the Security Deposit bank account.

  • Added the ability to share or unshare multiple files at the same time.

  • Notes are now available on owner and tenant portals.  Owners and tenants can create a note for themselves.  In addition, the property manager can create a note on a lease or portfolio and share it with the tenant or owner.  This way the tenant or owner will see the note on their respective portal.

  • Added saved search feature to additional list views throughout the software.

  • Added ability to send a system alert to all customers through the admin portal.

Screening and Applications

  • Added the ability for a property manager to create an application for a prospective tenant.

  • Added dynamic country ID

Leases

  • Changed tenant ledger reporting date to default to “all time”

 

Accounting

  • Automatically save your progress on reconciliations.  This allows you to clear transactions and come back to it at a later time from any device.

  • Added a “Clear all Amounts” button to the lease tenant payment page when reallocating.

 

Maintenance

  • Work order notes that a property manager creates can be shared with an owner, tenant or vendor.

  • Owners, tenants and vendors can enter a note on work orders from their portal.

Reports

  • Added property and unit filters to live ledger.

  • Added an active filter to bank balance breakdown.

Resident Portal

  • Tenants can pay their security deposit from the resident portal and have it deposited directly into the Security Deposit bank account.

  • Added additional content to let a tenant know that there is a 4% fee when using a credit or debit card to make a payment from the resident portal.

Owner Portal

  • Owner contribution transactions now appear on the owner portal dashboard.

  • Added additional content to let an owner know that there is a 4% fee when using a credit or debit card to make a contribution from the owner portal.




Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bug where the rent amount column on leases report showed $0.00 if there was an end date defined on the recurring rent charges on the lease.

  • Fixed bug where the customize report modal did not show the selected fields that were already selected.

  • Fixed sorting bug on notes.

  • FIxed bug where some status filters were not saving on list view.

  • Fixed reminder edit button bug and time bug.

  • Fixed bug where adding an existing owner to a portfolio caused the page to crash.

  • Fixed bug where automatically created NSF fee was not using the defined lease NSF.

  • Fixed page tab dropdown on mobile experience.

  • Fixed bug where menu was not available to edit, delete or share notes.

  • Fixed bug where additional reserve amount does not show on ledger tab when all other balances are $0.00

  • Fixed bug when a work order is created for multi-unit and status is changed the work order will fall off the unit and go on to the property page instead.

  • Fixed bug where recurring charge ending based on occurrences was not calculating correctly.

  • Fixed email fields on applications to not accept spaces.

  • Fixed bug on add bill page where default charge account was not updating when changing payees.
