Your online registration will be confirmed with an email message at the time you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at events@rentvine.com. Your conference seat is not reserved until we receive payment for your registration.

If you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place, we are happy to make the substitution. Substitutions after April 20, 2026 are subject to a fee of $75. Please email events@rentvine.com with the name and contact details for your substitute.

No. Travel and hotel costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant.

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to events@rentvine.com and must be dated on or before 5 PM EST onApril 20th, 2026, to receive a refund (less a $50 USD registration cancellation processing fee). No refunds will be granted after April 20th, 2026. No refunds for no-shows.

Conference Details

Any individual reservations canceled within 5 days prior to arrival or “no shows” will forfeit one night’s room revenue. All reservations are required to be canceled with a hours notice. All cancellations must be processed through the Hotel.

Yes! Rentvine has arranged for a discounted rate for all attendees. Rooms will average $349 per night, plus taxes and fees. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Wednesday, April 20th, 2026, to secure the conference discount rate.

Hotel check-in is Tuesday, May 12th at 4pm EST or early May 13th and hotel check-out is 12pm EST Friday, May 15th.
