This release focuses on better reporting and owner communication, smoother leasing and insurance workflows, and higher reliability and cleaner UX across the platform
We've expanded several key reports—Properties, Positive Pay, Lease, and Vacancy—so you can answer questions faster and avoid manual workarounds. Rentsign gains powerful new hot fields for tenants, cosigners, and occupants, plus a new "X" text block for checkbox-heavy leases. On the insurance and admin front, MSI integration now handles tenant changes more gracefully, and a dedicated Insurance card in RV Admin consolidates configuration into one place.
We've also fixed a handful of usability and reliability issues in accounting, owner statements, and the admin portal so your team spends less time troubleshooting and more time serving owners and residents.
Enhancements
Work Orders & Maintenance
- Technician filter in Work Order listThe "Vendor Contact" filter has been renamed to "Technician" and now supports both external vendors and internal maintenance techs, so you can filter consistently regardless of who's doing the work.
Reporting Improvements
- Owner email in Properties reportThe Properties report now includes the owner email field, making it easy to build targeted mailing lists directly from report exports.
- Positive Pay report: Name on CheckThe Positive Pay report now includes a "Name on Check" column, helping reduce bank flags and manual approvals.
- Lease Report: all tenant emailsThe Lease Report now shows all tenant email addresses, not just the primary tenant—useful for exporting contact lists where every tenant needs communications.
Leasing & Rentsign
- Tenant / Cosigner / Occupant Hot Fields in RentsignRentsign now supports hot fields for multiple tenants, cosigners, and occupants (name, email, phone, DOB). Drag-and-drop pre-populated data into leases instead of manually typing for every signer.
- "X" Text Block for checkboxes in RentsignA new pre-sized "X" text block lets you quickly mark checkboxes in leases without manually creating and resizing text fields each time.
Insurance & Admin
- MSI Change Tenant integrationWhen a tenant changes on an active TLL certificate, Rentvine now updates the existing policy instead of deactivating and recreating it, reducing friction and potential coverage gaps.
- Dedicated "Insurance" card in RV AdminAll insurance-related configuration (provider, package, MSI policy number, and company ID) is now consolidated into a single "Insurance" card on the PMC Account page
Fixes
- Fixed incorrect “Days Vacant” values (including extreme numbers) on the Vacancy Report. Days Vacant is now calculated and displayed correctly.
- Fixed the Unit column for multi-family properties that previously showed missing or malformed data.
- Updated address formatting to hide missing components cleanly so addresses and units display correctly across scenarios.
- Fixed an issue where creating a Journal Entry showed an error on save even though the entry saved successfully. Users now receive consistent feedback.
- Resolved a bug where users saw a “Select One Portfolio” error on the Owner Statements page even after selecting portfolios correctly.
- Fixed the Owner Statement Batch page so it no longer appears stuck on “Processing” indefinitely. Batch status now updates correctly.
- Fixed the Insurance Enrollments report in RV Admin so page size controls (25 / 50 / 100) and pagination work as expected.
- Fixed a bug where incorrect identity verification documents could be returned. The correct documents are now reliably associated and served.
- Improved handling of invalid unit IDs on applications. Submitting an invalid unit ID now returns a clear error message instead of causing a server error.
