September and October 2025 were big months for the Rentvine team! We packed our bags, set up our booths, and hit the trade show floor to connect with property managers from all over the country.
Whether it was talking through daily challenges of property management or demonstrating Rentvine’s modern features, every event gave us a chance to deepen our connections with the property management community.

Of course, we were thrilled to showcase Rentvine and PMW at the 2025 NARPM® Convention and Expo in Orlando, Florida. We loved meeting everyone at the Rentvine booth and showcasing how Rentvine helps property managers simplify and scale.
Each event had its own energy, but the common theme was clear: property managers are ready for change.
At our booths, we went hands-on with Rentvine demos—walking attendees through everything from trust accounting to dynamic tenant screening and PetScreening integration. The most fun part? It’s hearing property managers say, “This is exactly what we’ve been looking for.”

Trade shows are all about listening, and we heard a lot from property managers this September. Here are some of our most important takeaways from our conversations:
