About PMW
PMW builds high-performing, industry compliant property management websites and paired marketing services that help PM companies win owner leads and grow portfolios. Offerings include website packages and tiered monthly marketing & hosting plans, plus options like SEO property widgets, reputation management, live chat, and branded calculators. Sites are purpose-built for conversion and integrate with leading PM software (e.g., Rentvine, AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, and more).
About the role
You’ll create qualified pipeline for our PMW Account Executives by engaging residential property management companies who need a website rebuild and/or marketing program (SEO/PPC/content/reputation). You’ll research accounts, personalize outreach, handle “Free Website Review” inquiries, and book high-intent discovery calls and demos.
What you'll do
- Prospect smartly: Build targeted lists of PM firms (100–2,000+ doors), identify buying triggers (outdated/non-responsive sites, poor SEO, slow pages, no SSL/ADA notices), and map decision makers.
- Run multi-channel sequences: Cold calls, concise emails, LinkedIn, and short video to drive interest in Smartsite builds and marketing packages.
- Qualify with rigor: Diagnose pains around lead volume/quality, SEO rankings, Google Business Profile, ADA/WCAG compliance, reputation, content, and paid acquisition. Tie problems to PMW solutions.
- Activate inbound: Triage Free Website Review and “schedule with a specialist” requests; ensure rapid response and clean handoff to AEs.
- Collaborate & learn: Partner tightly with AEs and Marketing on messaging tests.
- Keep data tight: Maintain CRM hygiene and clear notes so AEs can pick up the thread and increase show/conversion rates.
- (Nice to have) Cross-sell context: Understand how PMW sites integrate with Rentvine portals/payments/maintenance—useful when prospects ask about software connectivity.
What success looks like (30/60/90)
- 30 days: Ramped on ICP, offerings, and common objections; consistent activity; first meetings set.
- 60 days: Hitting meetings-held and show-rate targets; generating qualified SQLs/opps.
- 90 days: Consistently at/above quota for demos/SQLs and pipeline created ($); recognized for crisp research, strong writing, and clean AE handoffs.
Qualifications
- 1+ year in outbound SDR/BDR or similar role (SaaS, martech, or agency experience a plus).
- Excellent writing and phone skills—you can tailor messaging to a PM’s market, portfolio size, and competitive landscape.
- Coachability & curiosity: you iterate fast on talk tracks, subject lines, and openers.
- Comfortable discussing SEO basics, ADA/WCAG, Google Business Profile, page speed, and how content/PPC impact owner-lead volume (we’ll train you deeply).
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar) CRM, LinkedIn, and a sequencing/data tool (Outreach/Salesloft; Apollo/ZoomInfo).
- Ethical persistence, strong organization, and a team-first mindset.
