We’re excited to introduce a major overhaul of our Owner Payments and Statement Creation flows. This isn’t just a facelift—it’s a full-scale refactor designed to give property managers a faster, smarter, and more intuitive experience when handling owner payouts. From streamlined filtering to responsive UI improvements and a brand-new payout bundle concept, these updates are built to help your team move with confidence and clarity.
What’s New in the Owner Payments Flow
The updated experience (codenamed Claude3) brings significant improvements to the way you manage payouts—whether you’re sending distributions to a dozen owners or thousands. Here’s what you’ll see:
- Smarter Status Filters
Easily filter payouts by Ready to Pay, Needs Attention, Nothing to Pay, or On Hold—giving your team instant clarity on what needs action. - Better Click Handling & Filter Controls
We’ve added outside-click handling and a Clear All Filters button to simplify navigation and reduce friction. - New ‘On Hold’ Status
This new payout category is now fully integrated into filtering logic and includes visual badges for quick scanning. - Portfolio Refresh with Confirmation
Hit refresh without fear—our new confirmation modal prevents accidental data loss when reloading payout data. - Warnings Panel Upgrade
Alerts for unbilled fees and undeposited funds now live in a cleaner, collapsible panel for easier review. - Improved Distribution Logic
We’ve enhanced how we handle payment splits, added enforcement for min/max thresholds, and built in the ability to reset held payments. - Celebration Screen
After successful payments, users will see a celebration message (with optional image) tied to the payout bundle ID—a small moment of delight after a job well done.
UI & Mobile Performance Improvements
We made a number of design upgrades to keep everything clean, fast, and consistent—especially on mobile. Highlights include:
