In this video, we cover how to enable owner balance notifications in Rentvine. By accessing global settings and selecting portfolio settings, you can activate alerts that notify owners when their operating balance drops below the required reserves. We also demonstrate how to customize the email template to better communicate with owners and show you what the default notification looks like—including a balance breakdown and a payment button for convenient contributions.
