New tools to help property managers move faster in the field
Property management work does not only happen behind a desk. It happens at properties, during inspections, while coordinating vendors, and in the middle of fast-moving maintenance conversations.
This update is focused on helping property managers work with more flexibility, better visibility, and fewer manual steps. From mobile work order improvements to project cost tracking, owner onboarding, FormBuilder updates, and accounting enhancements, these changes are designed to make everyday operations easier to manage inside Rentvine.
For growing property management teams, small workflow improvements add up. When your team can update photos from the field, notify the right people when work order details change, duplicate inspection data, and capture owner payment details earlier, your operation becomes cleaner, faster, and easier to scale.
Enhancements
- Vendor Portal App Shell scaffolding. (Trellis)
- Added Payee Address to the Check Register Report to support payment teams setting up bank reporting workflows.
- Added a Routing Number field to (Co)Owner onboarding payments so banking details are captured upfront.
- Added an option to delay sending the Owner Lead account email, giving PMs time to finish setup before notifying owners.
- Refreshed the Application Builder navigation with a clearer left-nav structure for moving through application sections.
- Added the ability to duplicate completed Move-Out Inspections into Move-In Inspections to save setup time at turnover.
- Added optional, field-scoped Work Order update notifications so vendors, tenants, and PMs are alerted when key details change.
- Expanded the Cost Tracking work order list in Projects so each work order's contribution to project totals is visible.
- Added Add/Edit Photos on existing work orders in the Property Manager App for in-field flexibility.
- Expanded the Property Manager App Work Orders overview with property details search, selection, and editing — including a vacant/no-lease flow.
- Improved Plaid Income and Identity controls on Applications, letting PMs hide steps by default and resend on demand.
Why this matters for property management teams
Maintenance coordination is one of the most operationally demanding parts of property management. The more your team can handle from the field, the less they have to rely on follow-up notes, duplicate data entry, or back-office cleanup.
These updates help teams keep work orders, inspections, project costs, owner records, applications, and accounting details more connected inside one system. That means better visibility for managers, clearer communication for vendors and tenants, and fewer workflow gaps as your portfolio grows.
Built for operational scale
Rentvine is built for property managers who want to streamline operations, reduce manual work, improve accounting accuracy, and scale without operational chaos. The platform brings accounting, leasing, maintenance, communication, reporting, and automation into one centralized system.
As Rentvine continues to improve mobile workflows, project visibility, owner onboarding, and accounting tools, property management teams get more of what they need to run a modern business from one platform.
