This week's release gives you more visibility into your leasing pipeline and tightens up accounting integrity behind the scenes. Owner Lead Reports (Beta) bring lead name, status, source, and property and unit counts together in one report, so you can see where your leads stand without piecing it together yourself. The Owner Lead Portal (Beta) and prequalification form also got smoother, with fixes to unit forms, contact info, and autofill.
On the accounting side, Bank Sync (Beta) now guards against duplicating transactions that were already reconciled in a closed period, so revised bank transactions won't create extra entries you'd have to clean up. We also improved communication safety: chat no longer pre-selects tenants as recipients, which helps prevent messages from reaching residents unintentionally. Here's everything that shipped:
Enhancements
- Added Owner Lead Reports (Beta) so property managers can see lead name, status, source, and property and unit counts in one report.
- Improved chat safety by no longer pre-selecting tenants as recipients, preventing messages from reaching residents unintentionally.
- Improved error messaging for screening credit-scoring so failures surface a clear, generic message.
Fixes
- Fixed Bank Sync (Beta) so revised bank transactions no longer duplicate entries already reconciled in a closed period.
- Fixed a Vendor Portal crash when pinning the Filters drawer on the Invoices page.
- Fixed Owner Lead phone and email not appearing in the Messages tab after being added to the contact.
- Fixed unit forms collapsing after each edit in the Owner Lead Portal (Beta).
- Fixed owner info autofill values not persisting in the prequalification form.
- Fixed an address validation error when revalidating properties and units.
As always, these updates come from feedback and needs you've shared with us. If you have thoughts on what would make Rentvine work better for your team, we're listening.
