Summarize this content:
This week's release is centered on reliability, with one new capability for in-house maintenance teams. Clock in / clock out lets internal maintenance technicians start and stop a running timer right from the work order list or detail view, so hours are captured as the work happens instead of reconstructed at the end of the day, with editing restricted to managers. Alongside it, we made a handful of smaller improvements to work order scheduling, portfolio restore, screening decision tiles, and application template settings. Here's everything that shipped:
Enhancements
- Clock in / clock out for internal maintenance technicians. Technicians can now start and stop a running timer from either the work order list or the detail view, with hours saved at clock out and edits restricted to managers in the manager portal. For accounts using in-house technicians.
- Work order scheduling. Booking an appointment now offers an improved available time slots experience.
- Portfolio restore. When a restore is blocked by a portfolio that's already onboarded, the error now links straight to that portfolio instead of leaving you to go find it.
- Screening decision tiles. Text color now matches each tile, so decisions are easier to scan at a glance.
- Application template settings. Toggle labels now read as statements rather than questions, so it's clearer what turning one on does.
As always, these updates come from feedback and needs you've shared with us. If you have thoughts on what would make Rentvine work better for your team, we're listening.
