Screening Decision View
The new Screening Decision View is now available for everyone!
Beta users will notice that it continues to mature with better access to applicant contact info, clearer timestamps on reports, improved handling of long names, and smarter navigation to properties. We’ve also tightened up several error and badge displays so you can trust what you see at a glance.
Operationally, we’ve improved Time & Labor Logging (TLL) behavior on leases and fixed a handful of frustrating UI quirks, including time reporting mismatches and dropdown positioning. Together, these updates reduce confusion, cut down on reloads and back‑and‑forth clicks, and help teams move more confidently from application to decision.

Enhancements
Decision View: Quick navigation to properties from unit address
Users can now click the unit address in the Decision View household summary to jump directly to the unit’s details in a new tab, while editing the unit address is handled separately from the more‑options menu for clearer, safer workflows.Decision View: Applicant contact info surfaced in the summary header
Applicant phone and email are now visible directly in the Decision View application row and modal header, with one‑click‑to‑copy actions, making it easier to contact applicants without drilling into each application.Decision View: Report run timestamps for Credit, Criminal, and Eviction

The state/region field has been upgraded from a freeform field to a country‑aware dropdown. Changing the country updates the available state/region options, improving data accuracy and consistency.Manually submitted applications: Plaid identity verification link added
Manually submitted applications now include the link needed to send a Plaid identity verification email, putting them on par with other submission types for verification workflows.Landlord tab: Inline badges added to comments

The Time & Labor Logging card on the lease has been updated with clearer UI and flows for enabling, disabling, and managing active or future coverage states, making TLL policies easier to understand and manage.TLL “Expiring” state remains visible until coverage end date
The “Expiring” status for TLL certificates now persists until the actual coverage end date instead of disappearing after a day, giving staff a more reliable view of upcoming expirations.
Fixes
Technician time report timezone mismatch
Fixed an issue where times in the technician time report did not match times logged on the work order, and copying a cell produced a different timestamp format. The report now reflects the exact times entered, and copied values match the displayed format.Screening settlements not appearing in payouts
Resolved an issue where screening settlements were not being reflected in the platform even though they were present with the payment processor. Screening payouts now display correctly in the payouts view.Credit tab badges showing incorrect information
Corrected the Credit tab badges so they now pull and display accurate information, with layout updated to be consistent with other tabs.Decision View: Long names being cut off
Addressed a display bug where long first/last names and email addresses were cut off in the application view, improving readability and usability.Work order scheduling duration dropdown misaligned
