What's new: mobile work orders with Fixie Bot AI, screening address auto-fill
This release focuses on two areas: a significant expansion of mobile work orders now including Fixie Bot AI diagnostic details and move-out status tracking and an improvement to the applicant portal that reduces screening report failures caused by address formatting issues. Also included are RentSign and resident portal improvements.
Mobile work orders: Fixie Bot AI diagnostics and move-out tracking
Property managers in the field can now access the full Fixie Bot AI diagnostic summary directly from the mobile app including a scrollable work order details screen, the expanded AI diagnostic summary, and vendor contact information without needing to switch to desktop. Move-out status tracking is also new this release: managers can view move-out started and completed states with full details directly from the Lease Details screen. Date pickers across schedule, edit, and add work order forms have also been unified into a consistent shared experience.
Applicant portal: address auto-fill to reduce screening failures
A meaningful share of CRS screening report failures were caused by missing or malformed house numbers in applicant-submitted addresses something applicants often didn't realize was wrong. Address auto-fill now validates and corrects address formatting before submission, catching those errors at the source rather than after a report failure that requires follow-up to resolve.
Enhancements
Mobile work orders
- Added Fixie Bot AI Diagnostic Details to the mobile app, giving property managers a full work order details screen with a scrollable layout, expanded AI diagnostic summary, and vendor contact information accessible directly from the field.
- Added Move Out status tracking to the mobile app, allowing property managers to view move-out started and completed states with full details directly from the Lease Details screen.
- Improved Work Order date pickers in the mobile app with a consistent, shared date/time picker experience across schedule, edit, and add work order forms.
Application screening
- Added address auto-fill to the applicant portal to validate and correct address formatting before submission, significantly reducing CRS screening report failures caused by missing or malformed house numbers.
- Improved Custom Screening Scoring so users can clear number input fields to enter a new value, and enabling a parent scoring section now correctly enables all associated child rules.
RentSign & resident portal
- Added a Portfolio Properties hotfield to RentSign, allowing property managers to auto-populate all portfolio properties as a single hotfield in lease templates.
- Extended resident portal session times to reduce unwanted logouts for tenants using the app.
