New Features and Enhancements
- Added ability to allow signers to upload files to a Rentsign document
- This can be found in the Fillable Fields section when building the Rentsign document
Added signer/party email addresses as a hotfield that can be added to Rentsign documents when building them.
This is beneficial if you need to add the tenant or owner emails to the rentsign document. This can be found in the Fillable Fields section when building the Rentsign document
- Notify owner when a work order is published to their portal - Added a new notification setting that notifies owners when a work order has been published to their owner portal
- Show rent roll report on owner portal - The property manager has the option to show a rent roll report including other optional items in that report, such as showing tenant names, move in date or current balance on the lease. It is similar to the managed units section of the owner statement

Added filter to generate Positive Pay report by check number. This can be found in the Accounting/Banking section, then click the Actions button and select Positive Pay
Added Date Posted field on the lease charges creation section of the Add Bill page. This allows the option to enter a past or future date to the lease charge.
