What’s new in lease management
1. Pending lease visibility bar
All pending leases now include a status module at the top of the lease page. This gives you quick, at-a-glance visibility into critical pre-activation steps—like whether a deposit has been paid or charges are set up—without needing to dig into details.
2. Edit charges right from the top
You can now quickly adjust move-in and recurring charges from the top of the lease page. No more navigating to multiple sections—it's all accessible in one place, saving you time and reducing friction.
3. Set and display the official lease agreement
Property managers can now designate one document as the official lease agreement. Once set, this document will appear in the Info tab of the lease. This is especially useful if tenants sign multiple documents—there’s now a clear, accessible record of the main agreement without needing to dig through your documents section.

Welcome back to another Rentvine Academy. I'm Alex Cordova, Sales Engineer here at Rentvine. And our dev team is not stopping. I’ve said this in weeks prior, and they continue to launch great enhancements day to day.
We're going to take a look at leases in Rentvine using Jen Smith as an example. You’ll notice that on all your pending leases going forward, there’s a new module across the top. It gives you added visibility into what’s going on before activation. For example, the system now flags when a deposit has been paid.
You can adjust move-in and monthly charges quickly right from this top section. And one of my favorite updates: you can now designate the official lease agreement in Rentvine. This helps reduce clicks and gives you a cleaner view directly from the lease info page.
Once you activate the lease and confirm, you’ll see the official lease agreement stored under the Info tab for that tenant. So if your tenants sign multiple agreements prior to move-in, this lets you clearly set and reference the one that matters most.
Thanks for watching, and always remember—Rentvine to the top!
