Your onboarding timeline, step by step.
A structured process with a financial onboarding specialist by your side from kickoff to your first month-end close.

Kickoff
We send a welcome email for your company details, billing info and door count, then walk you through what to expect and answer your questions up front.

Orientation
We schedule your first orientation to customize Rentvine to how you operate and set your cut-off date. A second session covers training and the transfer of existing balances.

Merchant account
We initiate your Forte merchant account setup. Forte handles the application, underwriting and integration, then activates your account so you can collect payments.

Data
Simply provide us with access to your current software, and we'll handle the heavy lifting by extracting the necessary reports. All you'll need to send us is your preferred Chart of Accounts (COA) structure.

Financials & reconciliation
Your specialist helps you complete a Balance Forward Workbook and brings your opening balances into Rentvine. We then reconcile the balances brought forward and walk you through your first month's reconciliation, setting the stage for fast, clean closes every month after.
