This week’s release is all about making complex money movement and everyday operations smoother, clearer, and more predictable.

First, Bulk Receipts gives you a clean way to handle large, complex payments—like subsidies or multi-portfolio owner contributions—without touching every lease or portfolio one by one. You can apply one payment across many leases or portfolios, keep it tied to the right GL accounts, and have everything appear correctly in deposits and reports.

Second, we’ve improved Tenant Legal Liability (TLL) insurance billing and messaging so charges are created at the right time with fewer surprises. We’ve also strengthened maintenance notifications and pre-qualification flows so your team, residents, owners, and vendors stay aligned with less manual follow-up.

GL-aware bulk receipt application

Limit which charges can be paid via bulk receipts based on GL accounts, helping you keep subsidy and specialty rent accounting accurate and easy to audit.

Bulk receipts fully integrated with deposits and reporting

Bulk receipts behave like any other accounting record: they show up correctly in deposits, reporting, and search, while still preserving detailed allocation information behind the scenes.

Improved tenant insurance experience in the portal

Residents see clearer messaging when proof of insurance is missing, along with stronger calls to action so they know exactly what to do next.

More predictable TLL charge creation

One-time and recurring TLL charges now line up more cleanly with effective dates, making partial months and recurring billing easier to explain to residents and owners.

TLL move-in messaging and automatic charges

At move-in, residents see clearer insurance messaging, and when billing defaults are configured, required move-in and monthly insurance charges are automatically created—while avoiding unintended charges when settings are incomplete.

Vendor SMS notifications for work orders

When enabled and a mobile number is available, vendors can receive SMS alerts for key work order events (assignments, approvals, cancellations, unassignments, and more), helping them respond and schedule work faster.

Smarter address handling for screening

Address validation and correction for background checks is more robust, which means more reports go through cleanly and any issues are explained with clearer messaging.

More reliable pre-qualification forms

Answers submitted on pre-qualification forms are now more consistently saved and updated, so your lead and onboarding information stays accurate and complete.

Two-factor authentication setup reliability

Fixed an issue that could prevent the authenticator QR code from loading, so your team can set up two-factor authentication without getting blocked.

Lease renewal status updates

Resolved an error that could occur when changing certain lease renewal statuses, making renewal workflows more stable.

Pre-qualification response saving

Addressed cases where pre-qualification form responses were not being stored correctly, so lead data is captured as expected.

Address validation errors in background checks

Improved how unvalidated or partially valid addresses are handled, reducing failed screening reports and making any remaining issues clearer to understand and resolve.

Google Address Validation for CRS reports

Many CRS background checks were failing due to address validation problems. We now make those issues clearer, automatically re-use Google’s Address Validation to correct addresses where possible, and resubmit the report. This reduces failed results and cuts down on manual troubleshooting.
